The new PUSH IN modular terminal blocks with their simple handling and compact yet clear design,  allow you to benefit from faster installation times and, in turn, from much higher productivity.  

◆ Made from engineer Nylon PA 66, Nickle plated Brass.

◆ The Push-in connection terminal blocks are characterized by easy and tool-free wiring of conductors with ferrules or solid conductors.

◆ The compact design and front entry way make the wiring can be opened in a small space.

◆ Simply pressing the orange push bottom to make the contact open and the conductor can be removed. No need to operate by any special tools.

◆ With universal foot which can be installed on Din Rail NS 35.

◆ Accessories: End covers, End clamps, Marker strips, Plug-in bridges, etc.

How to use the terminal blocks:
Step 1. Terminal Block Types Available.
Look at the electrical equipment you are working on ,and find out what type of connection it requires. There are different types of connecting:
Screw-in wires are placed inside the terminal block and screwed into position to fix the wires, it is the most widely used type for common equipment .
The spring type with the vibration performance can reduce the time spent on the job, as you just simply push the wire into the hold and fixed by the force of the springs. This connector can reduce the time and also good selection for vibration places, such as elevator, automation system, etc
Step 2 . Choose The Suitable Terminal Block
Once you know the type of connection that is required, you need to find a terminal block that fits the rest of your requirements. Consider what space you have for the connection and how many wires need to be connected. Terminal blocks are supplied in a variety of shapes and sizes, so you should be able to find one that suits your needs.
Next, choose the correct rating for ampere and voltage, and you'll want to buy the one that meets the highest current level that it will conduct in order to allow the most powerful piece of equipment to function.
Step 3 . Test Equipment
Once you have made all the connections to the terminal block, test your equipment to make sure it works correctly. Afterward, check the terminal block and the connections to make sure that there is not excessive heat build-up and that the wires are still securely in place.
