One of the more obvious pressing problems is the partial damage to the transition area, as shown in figure nine. In the schematic terminal, the vertical projection part is called the "terminal Stop" design features. Its function is to prevent the terminal too deep into the shell.
If the stop is completely damaged, the actual terminal will be pushed through the casing. . The solution is relatively simple. The cause of this problem is that the terminals and metal strips (the metal bars connected to the terminals when you receive the goods from the manufacturer) are not in the correct position for the crimping machine.
The problem can be solved by simply relaxing the base plate of interchangeable tools and then aligning the crimping machine.
